Holiday Inn, Wembley Stadium Park

The Holiday Inn, Wembley Stadium Park, London
This was a 330 Bedroom Hotel re-fit.
The project involved removing the old LPHW heating system and replace the heating with a heat recovery system combined within the building. The Hotel was refurbished with the only the closing of individual floors, while the hotel remained fully operational apart from the floors being worked on. This project took just over a year to complete and was installed using 30 x Daikin VRV heat recovery outdoor systems, connected to 330 x ducted air conditioning indoor fan coils.

All the bedroom units where individually controlled within each room. We also fitted an I Touch manager installed at reception to control any one room at any time if the guest required assistance from there room.
We also designed and installed a trickle vent fresh air system to all 330 bedrooms, to allow natural ventilation of the bedrooms and to be silent even at the 10th floor with strong winter winds, this proved very challenging but the customer is very happy with the end result.
We also refurbished the bathroom extract systems at the same time, and commissioned them.

The whole system was fully commissioned and handed over to the customer on time and within budget.
We also maintain the systems for the client to allow them peace of mind and there 5-year warranty.
